The whole thing with the SF liberals is that they pay taxes to other people so that they clean up their problems and then they dont have to get their hands dirty.
In New York City, the liberalism there is more based in the reality of having to directly smell and deal with problems just about everytime you leave your house.
So my suggestion on how to lower taxes here and other places--is to fine people who TELL ON OTHERS in cases where they could handle it themselves. Yes I'm talking about those people who had my car towed for parking a few inches over their driveway when they could have gotten out! This IM TELLING society in SF is really the only thing wrong with the place--otherwise it smells great, less filling!
