It's Mitt by a mile in Utah!

As expected nearly two thirds of the Republicans who will vote in Utah's presidential primary are saying they will vote for Mr. Romney, according to a new Deseret Morning News/KSL-TV poll. The state's Democrats, meanwhile, strongly favored Barack Obama. Maybe a surprise to the rest of the nation but no surprise to me. The Illinois senator had the support of 42 percent of Utah Democrats who said they planned to vote, compared to 18 percent who said they would vote for former Sen. John Edwards of North Carolina and 16 percent for Sen. Hillary Clinton of New York. Utah sure hates the Clinton's!!!

    There are some obvious reasons here that MITT is so popular there as the Mormon candidate--but are people set back at all by his FLIP-FLOPINESS that seems to have plagued his entire campaign?

    My problem with Mitt is its very hard to find where he stands and where he says he agrees with whomever happens to be popular who's standing next to him...

    they supported him through the Olympics scandal...why wouldn't they support him in the presidential race? Being from Utah, this really is not shocking, Utah had a higher percentage vote for Bush than Texas did!

    Actually, Romney was brought in to clean up the 2002 Olympics scandal and did a very fine job I must say. He really saved the Games and did a great service to the state. He had nothing to do with the scandal.
