  • The brother’s passion can be felt throughout the piece. The title fits because Akala is indeed speaking out and you get a feeling like he is grabbing this one opportunity to speak is soul. I like the location and the music, it gives you that feeling as if you are almost in his mind. I also like the images of the empty parking lot at the end. Great pod!

  • I really liked this pod. I could relate being a African descendant and finding that it's not as easy for persons of African descent to find info on our history, as it is for anyone of us to find info on European history... but my only real problem was when he brought up the fact that this info was common and could easly be googled, i was thinking he would drop some web links. But beyond that i felt it was a very nice pod. Big ups Akala.
