Death by stoning is still a legal punishment in Nigeria. Two young women sentenced to this fate tell their story.

It's scary to know that physical punishments like this still exist! I'm glad the woman in this pod were able to escape their fate. I can't imagine something like that ever happening. Although I can appreciate the rich cultural context of the situations, it's hard to see any part of this as humane from a modernized viewpoint.
