    thanks great just saw this pod on tv good job raising money for cancer we did a benefit for childhood cancer research at was a fun day for all. the video is on this channel

    Hey Dom & Hamish,

    Long time no speak.

    I hear that after the crawl attempt ended with Hamish' hospitalisation, you have scaled down the proposed swim.
    You are now going to attempt to cross the Thames!?

    Is this true?? and how is the training going??
