It turns out that Seoul is packed full of artisan hot dog vendors. Vendors wrap them in bacon, mashed potato, corn batter or what looked to be seaweed then invariably deep fry them.

Don't knock it 'till you try it!

Sounds so terribly good; massive heart attack aside. Would it be wrong to go to a country just for food?

hmmm....how would they get the french fries to stay on the hotdog before the deepfrying, wouldn't they just fall off with a coating of batter?

Deep Fried Twinkie RecipeSo disgusting you have to try it.

last thanksgiving, we tried to fry snickers bars and oreos. It didnt' work out so well. I would stick to the basics. Hotdogs, twinkies and funnel cakes. Speaking of funnel cakes, do they sell those outside of bars? I want to get me some funnel cake. MMMmmm.

How about the Hamdog - Hamburger cooked around a hotdog, great on a bun or on a stick! You can even get a hamdog with cheese (in the middle of course).

Slow suicide food.

I have never heard of a funnel cake in a bar, I always get them at fairs, however if you live in LA, I know they sell them at the farmers market off Fairfax by the Grove.
