Finally...Mario Vs. Sonic!

Well, the day has finally arrived, and it's official...Sonic the Hedgehog will be a playable character in Nintendo's 'Super Smash Bros. Brawl.' At long last that little 11 year old boy inside of me will finally know the answer to that burning question "Could Sonic the Hedgehog kick Mario's ass in a fight?" We'll all know the answer this December.

    That looks pretty sweet. The closest thing we had before was the hacked NES game Somari - where you could play as Mario in Sonic's domain.

  • This sad day had to come. SEGA, the console of my childhood, dating back in the Master System days, has finally swallowed its last ounce of pride and has been consumed by the Nintendo juggernaut. It's not right. Laugh, plumber. Laugh. I derived more pleasure from Sonic, The Ninja, Alex Kidd in Miracle World, and all the Great (insert sport here) titles, than all the Pooper Mario & Legend of Zeldumb games combined could ever offer. Goodbye, Sega. It was a good run.
