There's no such thing as global warming

Wishful thinking and blind denial.

Yeah the earth will take care of itself, just not us. We need to care for the earth if we want a place on it. Of course the weather changes It's been through an ice age, a melt down, and now a warming the problem is not the change but the rate of this change. If you can physically see the change on earth of the course of a decade it's happening too fast. these things happen over millions of years and they should not be measurable by appearance. Something is wrong and it's not just you.

I am a Climate lecturer for Al Gore, and I can give an entire lecture without ever saying "Global Warming". My goal is to start converting the thought process from the words that have become such lightening rods. "Global Warming" is only the fever to the real problem of the ecological flu that is gross and negligent consumption.

I personally look at global warming as a scientific fact, and think it is a very grave problem. However, I would like to at least entertain and understand what the opposing viewpoint is. Does anyone know of a well formed argument made by a credible source disputing global warming? (Preferably one not made by a political pundit, former 80's child star, or major-media talking head)

I, personally, would be more willing to consider her arguments if they were based on something. yes, there are seasons, but global warming is more that a change in the weather from one month to the next.

It is such a waste to see a beautiful visual role model act without a proper environmental awareness about pollution. For those that do not know, "Global Warming" is the political correct way to expresses human pollution in our planet. Both Local and Global. Yes, Human pollution such as: 1. Carbon Dioxide, pm10 and pm2.5, both deadly toxic substances from fossil fuel. 2. Acoustic pollution resulting from modified mufflers and noisy engines both from vehicles and aircraft. 3. He hasn't done so in the past, so why should he do it in the future? No, the responsibility is entirely ours, and it is up to us to solve this problem and get ourselves out of this mess - nobody else will, no God, no Aliens, nobody.

She sure gave evidence that Global Warming doesn't exist. It was amazing how she refuted the vast majority of climatologists. Brava!

She's just chimp'n around. Watch the video as she does her cute little comic relief about the temp. (she smiles in anticipation and during while looking around) that's what probably got it going for her and a collegue with the god/sparrow idea sealed the deal for her. She over emphasizes random words and for the most part is looking up and to the left, a clear sign of chimp'n around. You can hear the guy laugh at the end of the video and she can hardly contain herself. God, that place must be cooler than 'The Office' to work at.

I'm sorry that your in denial and believe that somehow God will prevail and take care of beings who have pumped pollutants into Mother Earths atmosphere. As Baby Roo said, the earth will survive our brutality and lack of care for it, but we will not. Our children's children WILL NOT, wake up, Ignorance.

That's interesting that this topic has created such voliatile responses. Scentist can't touch what God has instore for us. What a brillant God we serve. The only true global warning will come when he destroys the earth to make a new one with fire. He's in charge. The Bible is so such a masterpiece of Literature that the Old Testement recounts droughts, famines, floods and whenever major natural disastors occur, something glorious happens afterwards. If your only authority comes from folks who deny the existence of God, that's why everything can be explained by formulas and calculations. When folks are cured from cancer, babies are born, hearts get broken, a scientist can't tell me, he knows why. If what we truly needed on this planet were groups of scientist God would have sent scientists. But, we need more than that. I don;t consult my National Geographic when I need to forgive someone. Nor do I call up the weather channel when I'm unsure of the future. I look and gaze my eyes upward to the one who made the weather and know, He is God. And that's hope that He'll take care of me. Life is much more "not-me-focueed" when I know that the God of the universe has a plan and a purpose and even a reason for some extremes the planet may even be going through right now. But, I bet the starving children or the widow doesn't concernt themselves with global warming.
