In an interview with Men's Fitness, Milo said this about keeping up his hot body:"'I get beat up, Im bloodied, Im in a flying harness, Im knocked down. Ive definitely had a lot of bumps and bruises,' says Milo, who does a lot of his own stunt work. 'Ive got to keep myself strong and flexible and in the right state of body to do a lot of those things.'"

Well Chapin you know how I feel about this season as you have to hear me rant about it from time to time, but for the rest of you I'll give my two cents:
As for Milo, blah blah whatever good for him and his abs. As for the shows drop off into the poor writing abyss...I think they do what most freshman year successes do. They get a ton of feed back from execs and investors that should really have no opinion on the direction of the show. I say that knowing full well they have the right to of course, but it always, ALWAYS kills the heart and edge of a project when suits get involved.
Then again I don't think suits are even bad enough to have created the Twins that we have to suffer through each week. Give me Kristen Bell, give me some Peter/Sylar fights and give me Joss Whedon as the new showrunner. That is all I ask, oh and maybe bring Missy Perrigan back some even if you just killed the pathetic replacement you had this last week.

Totally! That's where my affection for Milo started. (Although I do remember how HOT he was in that car commercial.) I'll keep watching to see him and I can't wait till Kristen Bell finally shows up. She is so rad. They are what keeps me watching at all. And hopefully it gets better.
BTW, here's where I think they went wrong on Heroes:
after that (kind of lame) season finale that left SO much left up in the air we were wanting to see what happened RIGHT after the end, but what they did was take us 4 months in to the future, making what happened in that time gap a mystery that they're supposed to take like 8 episodes to piece together for us, plus they opened up a whole bunch of other plot lines. We're still interested in what happened right after the explosion...that's all we want! Let the rest unfold in sequence.BTW, anyone else think it's weird that had the guy who plays DL do a lot of the press tours?

I love Milo. We USED to love Heroes so much that last season we did a podcast on it. This year I'm so not into it that we haven't bothered keeping it going.

As long as they have Sylar cracking other heroes' brains and Peter shirtless, I think Heroes will stand another season.

I'm not either. I said after the first episode I'll give it 8 before I'm gone for good. During this weeks episode I fell asleep for about 5 minutes and didn't even bother backing up Tivo to see what I missed. Not a good sign.
