Thanks for all of the responses again on this video.
Any Dad and Any Dad 2 received enough green lights to win the weekly promo. However, it was decided not to let them air in order to keep the copy rights.
Working the camera - I personally, felt that was a wrong decision made by the producer.
Also, Current obviously 'cleaned house' and deleted all of the original comments and feed back...they were many and some not so nice.

Women are definately involved, and effected. I am involved with many groups be it parental rights, CPS reform, and PAS... In all these groups it is the women who are some of the most passionate about the reform. Unfortunately we are not only fighting for our rights, but against the paychecks of the state employees through SS Title IV-D.

This shouldn't be! Although it IS more common for men to be in this situation, It's not just any Dad. It can be any Mom too. Too bad the *il*legal system
realized how much money can be had by 'protecting the children'...kind of gives them pause to finding a REAL soulution, don't it? - 3 years ago

I have been there, I know the sadness, the emptyness, the night terrors. The plans of reunions that never came. The humiliation of feeling abandoned by my own country I fought to defend. I drank and drank to forget and to live. I drank to handle the feelings. I drank to stop dreaming. I drank too much and began getting into trouble. I stopped drinking like that 8 years later, I met son, he was a man, newly married, in the service, away from his mother. There was damage from being raised by an abusive step father. This will heal just like I finally did. My daughter is still distant.

Parents need to put aside the extreme emotions and think of their children. If your ex thinks you're a joke, ask her/him "what can I do to make you feel better about the situation." A mediator is something I would always advocate, so that everyone can work out a healthy deal. :)

I have had no good experiances with mediators, they know of SS Title IV-D and use it to their benefit. There is no accountability for their actions and any complaint about them just goes to one of their friends. Its hard to fight false allegations from you ex and even harder to fight them when a mediator makes them.

An impartial mediator (not a lawyer) will not make accusations. What I am hearing from you guys is a real desire to see your children, but no action. I know it's emotional and frustrating, but who is @ fault should be put aside so everyone who is an Adult can act like one. Is it healthy for kids to see their parents when they can't take care of themselves? I don't know.
I went through this situation with my parents, and as I got older I became disgusted with both of their actions because they only wanted to be Right. Mom thinks dad's a loser and moves making it impossible to resolve anything, dad starts acting out and makes things worse. The hatred that develops is toxic and cannot be dealt with alone. Being there is better than "being right." No one is a saint, and if you guys think there's a Right to be loved, there isn't. You have to be there and earn it. It isn't a war, it's a child. - 3 years ago

I never said lawyer, i was specific on pointing out i was talking about mediators, im sorry you feel they are impartial, but they are not......A right to be loved?? No that happens even with mothers who are alienated from their children, I didnt see my daughter for 5 months for no other reason than the fact I was not "with" her mother. The day I was finally allowed she ran up to me and hugged me, kept telling me she missed me throughout the day. So love isnt the factor... Its a right to even be there to begin with. What action should we take when the courts themselves refuse to believe a father should even be involved in the first place?? If you do not beleive this is the case you need to be educated there are many sites... www.f4j.us ; www.SupportTheMovie.com ; www.mediaradar.org ;Just to name a few

While I am sorry you are in pain, I can't really tell what is happening in your situation based on one side. Acting like a victim will never make it easier to see your daughter. Also, I am educated, and I don't need your emotional-appeal material. A judge would LOVE to hear: "For the last few months I've taken part in the parental training course @ my local adult school." OR "I have been at my current job for a year now and here are some statements from my co-workers." OR "Even though I felt my ex's requests were excessive, I have done a,b and am working hard on c. I have asked you in return to consider..." ETC

sorry if you dont want to hear the truth of the fact.... Judges rarely want to hear anything from a father as it regardless of how many statements witnesses or proof one has. You are the one who preumtively said things like "An impartial mediator (not a lawyer) will not make accusations" and if you guys think theres a Right to be loved, there isnt.". It seams to me that you really dont have much knowledge of how the system works. Sure you went through it as a child, but go through it as a parent and then you might have a leg to stand on with this.

This happens alot, It pains me to see what this guy is going through, remembering knocking on my ex's door and noone being home, hearing my own daughter tell me to come pick her up, but not able to truly tell her why i cannot. These things dont just hurt the father the children are effected as well.
