This guy has a pretty crappy job, but a great attitude. I've always wondered why some people work it and why some just stand around.

He does, doesn't he? You can't learn that kind of enthusiasm for a job well done.

I hope somebody gives him a good job, the pizza place is getting some good publicity from this, so it would be nice for him to be rewarded as well.

This isn't in the piece, but he is actually trained as an electrician. He hasn't taken the test to become state certified, but when he does he hopes to get a real job doing that. But I hope this leads to him getting a better job in the meantime.
