There are some things that many people would consider to be quite disgusting to eat... like "Balut", a fertilized duck or chicken egg, but I have tried and loved! But then there are things like a bowl full of maggots and cheese or a cup of wine filled with little baby mice or, an entire sheep's head, that are more than definitely above my level of "gross" food tolerance!

Has anyone called Anthony Bourdain yet? Seriously, I'll eat head cheese from the deli but straight off the face is a bit much. Tho my friend's step-dad makes pig knuckles quite often and i'm itching to try that...
