What luck. Her toilet is overflowing, she's swearing as she tries to deal with it ... and her neighbor is a cop. A cop who won't stand for four letter words. The cop arrests her for disorderly conduct and she is facing 90 days in jail and a $300 fine. For her potty mouth (cheesy pun totally intended.)
"It doesn't make any sense. I was in my house. It's not like I was outside or drunk," [the woman] told The Times-Tribune of Scranton. "The toilet was overflowing and leaking down into the kitchen and I was yelling (for my daughter) to get the mop."
Eff yeah, I'd be swearing, too.
The ACLU is coming to her defense, thank god. Because if what she did could get her a few months in the slammer, I'm looking at a life sentence.

That cop's a real jerk. She has the right to swear at her own toilet in her own house. It's not like she constantly swears obsenities all day or something. The Cop's just thinking about themselves. 90 days for cursing at a toilet?
