  • Okay, for someone who likes to read and write, my vocabulary isn't very good...but I am up to 200 grains of rice. Woohoo! This beats Yahoo games. I am so thrilled that my entertainment is going to a good cause.

    jetsam- abandoned cargo
    peerage- nobility
    poultice- moist medical dressing.

    i can't wait to use poultice.

    if you don't already sign up to dictionary.com's word of the day mailer, then give it a go. all random, so some words pretty common, others not so....e.g. 'flummery' anyone ???

  • I've been playing this all day, actually... Just decided to see if anyone posted it here yet. I started around 9 hours ago, I'm at about 13,240 grains of rice. I keep seeing these word's that, despite my knowing what they mean, there are two answers that could be right, and I just happen to pick the wrong one... Which is hilarious, but annoying. And sometimes I just plain gap and click the wrong thing even though I know its wrong. Which is always fun.
