Many people don't realize how important their posture is when sitting, especially for the current generation. We spend so much time in front of computers nowadays that more and more people are developing severe back problems without realizing that their chair can make all the difference in the world.

So true. You think you might be getting a good deal on a cheap chair that's on sale, but in the long run investing in an ergonomic chair will save your back. I should probably heed some of that advice.
