  • This is not a political topic, it's an environmental, world, let's not go extinct issue. There is a problem. Can we fix the problem? Yes.

    In the next two decades, China will emerge into a world leader when it comes to greenhouse gases. With their population moving into the "middle class," there will be a need for cars, TVs and everything else associated with the "wants" not "needs" of their country's population. When that happens, then we will probably be doomed as a life supporting planet.

  • very much agreed, renewable clean energy= cleaner planet and lower energy bills. all of the candidates are saying that we need to "reduce our dependency on foreign oil" but i say thats not good enough, we need to take oil completely out of the picture no matter where it came from
