  • its all about money!!!! thats all it is. We cant stop it. Think about it this way if we wouldnt have immigrants would we need check cashing places????? whos to blame?

    "Is your only gambling problem not having enough money?"

    within one mile of my house I have 3 payday loan/check cashing franchises!

  • i liked how he shows the "ca$h for gold!" as a money making scam, yet i see an ad for just that on current tv every time they break for commercial...

  • This is the kind of pod that I like to see. This pod takes something that is around us everyday and brings us new information about it. The use of statistics is on point, the interviews are very telling, it gives great credibility to the piece. The pod really paints the check cashing scam as part of a greater ailment in this society. Great job!

  • i always wondered how these places stayed in business and got their money. not a surprise that walmart got in on the game. they seem to be the source of all evil.
