Tuy Sobil's life has everything Hollywood would need for a blockbuster - a humble beginning in a Thai refugee camp, a dramatic rise in the California street gang the Crips, a deportment to Cambodia, and the formation of a community center-slash-breakdance school. Who's taking the rights for this story?

i had been in touch with Tobes ( kk) and my girlfriend and i intended to meet him when we returned to Phnom Penh, although he is there because of his crimes in the usa he has redeemed himself someway by his community work in Phnom Penh and i wish him well and we were looking forward to meeting him in december, sadly Chan, my girlfriend died before we could meet, never the less.he should be congratulated for his work with the street kids.-
