I am amazed how clam these people seem. Some are actually even i good spirits! Maybe they are in shock? What a great attitude: 'nothing that can't be replaced'. My heart goes out to everyone affected by these fires.

My roommate works in a probation camp up in the Malibu hills. They had to evacuate 100+ kids on Monday and place them in a nearby camp which will more than likely be evacuated at some point if these winds don't subside.
