It's about time American beer industry is beginning to recover from Prohibition. We used to be the envy of the world, with immigrants from all the best beer-making countries keeping it real. Now we're back on the up and up, Coors Light be damned!

Bout darn time.
Anyone who visited Europe and tried the beers recipes concocted in the 1200s, know that the fizzy water domestic US beers are probably worse than whale urine! -
This new/old beer tastes great with Joelburgers. www.thejoelburger.blogspot.com

Barley John's Brew Pub in NE Mpls has been serving cask-conditioned beer for some time... to die for... aged in bourbon barrels for 6 months or more. Comparable to a good desert wine, the Chateau d'Yquem of beers. You can even buy a "growler", a refillable 64oz. bottle, to take some home with you because it's not bottled for off sale.
