Wow, my mind is also blown! What *IS* it made out of! That was amazing! what an awesome travel chair for a picnic or something!

I'd bet that it is corrugated cardboard. The spine would keep it from buckling, probably. To be fair though, it has been awhile since I've turned any MechE tricks.

I also curious as to what that is made out of. If it were paper I am sure i could be recycled, but I could only imagine how many paper cuts you would get just opening (if that is indeed what he is doing) the thing. tssssssssssssssssssss...ow! (blows on cut).

Imagine replacing all those millions of tacky plastic chars that could stop being produced. oil not needed, co2 emmisions prevented, doesn't become trash that never decompose s and lasts forever!
