Here's a top 50 list of the scariest movie moments with clips! This makes me want to run to the video store and watch them all. I love scary movies. Got anything to add?

  • Speaking of Cronenberg, one of my favorites is Dead Ringers. Jeremy Irons playing the twisted identical twin OBGYN brothers who drift into insanity and drug abuse is freaking awesome.

  • Dead Ringers was oh-so disturbing. The final scenes spooked me for days.

    However, most of the movies on the list didn't spook me one bit when I watched them, but I've been a fan of horror since age 5 so maybe I'm just desensitized. ;) That said... Irreversible is a movie I've been wanting to watch for quite a while but have been a little too freaked out by some of the hype surrounding it to actually take a peek at it.
