Reducing greenhouse gas production

At Delos Aerospace we have a technology that would eliminate the production of greenhouse gas emissions from aircraft by eliminating the fuel burn during taxiing and other ground maneuvers by incorporating in wheel electric motors within the aircraft landing gear.
The reductions possible are significant amounting to over 250 million metrics tons of CO2 every day if implemented within all commercial airlines. We first presented the concept to industry in 2003 and recently to Virgin Atlantic but they are unwilling to make the investment in certification and implementation cost. We currently have hybrid cars it is just a matter of scaling to implement within aircraft but the capital markets and the industry are not implementing a high value ROI technology because of the atmosphere of being risk adverse.
I recent heard Jim Lovel from Apollo 13 state that today everyone avoids risk and when the space program was running risk were taken every day and solutions invented every day and that is what is lacking today the willingness to be bold and take risk.
