Homaru Cantu is an awardwinning chef that heads Moto resteaurants. Cantu serves dishes that recreate our definition of what food tastes and looks like. Ever tried a Menu that was completely edible? Ever had Nacho's with salsa and chips as a dessert? Cantu even makes carbonated fruit! With ingredients ranging from nitroglycerin to a class five laser, Cantu is a culinary genious. Every product he produces is a product line that has its own applications. He contracts with Nasa, and charges 150 for a half of grapefruit. Without further a due here is Homaru Cantu!
