I doubt this would work. If a person has an STD, the chances of them telling someone else about it is slim to metaphysical. Here's a scenario to point out. A person with Herpes goes after a person with AIDS, but the person with AIDS doesn't tell the person with herpes that they have AIDS. When the next blood test comes out, what do you think the person with Herpes is going to think? "Oh crap, now I'm dying. I did have herpes, now I've got AIDS." Wicked aweful.
