They used to be on the honor roll for businesses and allowed a third party to investigate their practices. According to this article they are no longer this way.

Guess they have adopted that "gotta get **** done" attitude?
Have you seen the video on The Onion? They have a parody of Gap named "For Kids By Kids". Hilarious, but honest.
