Knee Defender helps you stop reclining airplane seatbacks so your knees won't have to.
Unique, patent pending Knee Defender is a truly practical travel accessory. And with its new design, this clever product looks cool, too.
It helps you defend the space you need when confronted by a faceless, determined seat recliner who doesn't care how long your legs are or about anything else that might be "back there".
For those of us who have to squeeze ourselves into the limited airplane legroom space of a coach seat offered by many airlines, a seat in front of us that is poised to recline is a collision waiting to happen with our knees serving as bumpers.
Knee Defender to the rescue.

I could have used these a couple of weeks ago on a 15 hour continental flight where my knees were so jammed against the reclined seat in front that they still bare the marks. I'll never fly continental again

They justload us in like cattle, all cramped, no one cares about our knees. This is truly and awesome invention.

Lean Back!yea, but wouldn't u be annoyed with someone using these on your seat when u try to lean back?

I wish I would have had these on my Air India flight from London to Chicago! Then again, there's nothing like an eight-hour passive aggressive standoff with the woman in front of you.

Great idea, but I don't think airlines want us tampering with their seats, especially after 9/11. I would feel safer if they put everyone in straight jackets and didn't allow anyone to move for the duration of the flight.

When you're 6 feet and two inches tall your not really concerned with the person in front of you or behind you. You need what little space you have been afforded by the airlines. As far as the straight jackets are concerned, i'm not sure if that is the answer either. I heard a comedian who said that he wanted to start an airline where everyone was issued a gun as they boarded the plane. No security process just a well armed passenger list. Nobody is getting out of line on that plane! And although I wouldn't fly it, it would probably work.
