Well apparenlty quite alot according to this seventeen year-old who is a self-made millionaire. Ashley qualls invested only eight dollars when she was 14 to create a website that featured myspace layouts. Only three years later she is attracting over a million page hits per day on her website. She now employs her own mother as well as three of her closest friends to run her business. By the way she doesn't even own a license yet. Talk about good interest, Her business puts the stockmarket to shame. Time to shake out those quarter holders, now they seem to be worth alot more.Check it out!

I watched a news piece on this girl. She started this business because her friends asked her to make them myspace layouts and then she started getting requests from people to make them layouts.
For a wealthy teenager, she seems pretty grounded. I like that she employed her mother and friends to help her out. Man, to think all this started from 8 bucks. That's 16 tacos! -
I think this more more of a right place at the right time kind of thing.

that's true, but people who are talented web designers are a dime a dozen. It's rare that an opportunity to create your own market exists.
