An Australian man told a judge that he was compelled to rape a woman after he was bitten by a toxic spider. The judge rejected the defense and jailed him for eight years.

i actually totally agree that it is possible.
why just the other day i got stung by a bee and then i had this uncontrollable need to bust the kneecaps off an 80 yr old woman on the street.

Kudos to Asimon for the awesome one-liner! Too funny! If I were the judge, I'd of laughed my azz off, complimented the defendant for his creativity and then hit him with the maximum penalty allowed by law.
