to speak up is to complain, hence you must disappear
once again, get rid of the thinking heads
what the hell is going on? how can they go about their day truly thinking this is the solution?

Ok, bear with me. Just throwing out some ideas here that occurred to me reading this article.
Maybe it isn't the worst idea ever. No one would be forcing these soldiers into further service in Iraq. But some of them might actually be interested in going back over. In theory, they'd be going in a much safer role. And some of these people enlisted in the army because they wanted to serve the country. And some might feel that they weren't done serving yet...but are prevented from doing so further because of their injuries.
For those who were in the services for the education, never wanted to go to war or never believed in the war, now injured from the war, it's totally understandable and predictable that they would not be interested in this suggestion.
But there are some who might be. If they are interested, they're likely not afraid, or at least not as afraid as you or I might be - if they went willingly before in a more dangerous role, the opportunity to return in a diplomatic position might be a dream come true for them.
Thoughts?

ive started to "vote with my spending" a while ago and paid taxes for quite a few years now. none of it should be going towards funding an unjust and unfair war. having said that, thinking about the ones going back only because they are given more money, this shows that the state is applying blackwater's motif. regardless of agreeing with that idea or not, talking only about numbers, the volumes of $ going out cannot last, its even on tv

now, when it comes to willingly doing this and it being your profession, of course we are all free but there are many problems without proper solutions and we know by now that the military presence there has not been successful in any
rational perspective. as a professional, who would go back to work for the worst ceo that the company had in years?when thinking about why some may have no other alternative than going back (because they need the money) only health issues, life and death situations come to mind, someone having a family member or friend in the hospital and the debt that this implies, which is why we must have universal health care.
now, when it comes to mistakes like this one and everything that it implies

Maybe Mr Hunter wants to volunteer for diplomatic service. I'm sure his state will excuse him from his duties as their rep in congress while he is in Iraq.
