Since the beginning of this semester, college has taken on a new look. My Freshman year was fun, getting my fill of partying, sex, booze, and so forth. But now Sophomore year is different. Yeah there is the consistent drinking, partying, hooking up, and other illegal activities; but times have changed. Life seems to be getting real. I've gotten to the point where I can't just wake up, eat breakfast, go to class, and that's it. Now I'm having to make schedules, coordinating every single day for the week.
Along with the 18 credits I'm taking, I am also pledging a Fraternity. Along with that, I am also a brand ambassador for Current. With these huge responsibilities and my academics along with that, I can't just go to the gym daily like I used to in high school. Every day is jam packed and I feel like college isn't just four years of school, but more of a high demanding job that keeps you up into the morning.
Grant it, I am loving college. The chicks are hot, my job is great, pledging is fun. But ever since the end of this past summer, my life is no longer relaxed and time flexible.
Am I doing College right? Does anyone else feel this pain?
