It always amazes me how some people in the country try so hard to divide. People who are gay are not any different, so why should they be treated differently? We are all humans and deserve the same rights.

  • YAY Jordi!!!!! I'm with you girl! It's simple right? I'm so glad someone else said NO BRAINER, because that's what it is. This is America, and equality and liberty are what set us apart. DUH!

  • Exactly right Jordi. It's about equal rights and respect for one another. I will never understand why people worry about anyone else's private life?

  • Look what someones does in their PRIVATE life is up to them. You, me and/or the government have no right to tell them otherwise.

But when gays come out into the open and demand that I accepted them and depend that they can get married that's not right.

I don't force my LIFESTYLE or beliefs on other people why should they?

  • Hypocrite Much???? You're saying it's okay to do what you want in your personal life...so far I agree with you....so how is allowing two people to get married forcing their lifestyle upon you?? It's not like they'd be putting a gun to your head and forcing you to attend the wedding and sit in on the honeymoon. Let people be!! Especially if you consider yourself an American, AMERICAN86. Gay marriage will not effect you unless you are gay. I challenge you to prove legalizing gay marriage will effect you, your life, or your marriage.

  • Tell me exactly how their being married forces anything on you? Yes, you are forcing your beliefs on them. You don't believe they should be allowed to marry. Why? Do you need to feel superior to someone?
  • yeah, what SHE said!
    AngelinaH
  • Angelina, you are funny.
  • And...silence from american86. When will they all stop talking nonsense?

  • Exactly, marriage is a private decision. Put yourselves in their position. Other people's personal beliefs shouldn't limit others' rights.
