This is interesting 'cos it describes perfectly how my husband was treated by his former employer. He has never pretended to be the perfect employee, but who is. Let's get down to it..
is it fair to dismiss a long-serving bus driver (9 years) just because of a UNINTENTIONAL descrepancy in fares? He was doing a school run & was being 'swamped' by the kids who were boarding & couldn't keep pace with 'em as they were getting on. being on a VERY tight schedule & running late. He asked for assistance from a ticket inspector who was on site, but who wasn't prepared to give it, instead, he suspended my husband from duty, eventually resulting in dismissal. I think the Gestapo is alive and well and going under the guise of Stagecoach UK! So SEIG HEIL! SEIG HEIL!
