I can add a few to that list:
Sleep.
Sleep as late as you possibly can. Leave yourself about 10 minutes to get out of the house. Face it, with the exception of clothing yourself you don't have anything else to do.
Up the ante.
Drink 2 cups of coffee instead of that sorry 1 cup you're used to. I suggest cutting the first cup with extra milk so that you can pound it and get to work on that second cup.
You wouldn't believe what I joy I am to work with living under these two rules.
