It frustrates me that religious people oppose stem cell research. Not because they don't agree with me, but because a lot of them are so immature about it and so submerged in their beliefs about life, that they don't give anyone a chance to correct their misconceptions. These people, understanding their misconceptions could change their viewpoint COMPLETELY.

Amen to that! Most people I know who oppose stem cell research base their positions on what they have been told by religious leaders and/or political pundits on talk radio or television. Those are opinions, not facts. You get facts from articles in scientific and medical journals or from articles written by people who work in the field of genetic research.
