Those are two artist guesses of HTC phones. There really isn't a physical phone yet (for public viewing).

$10,000,000 To encourage people to develop apps to run on this thing?
Apple may have to rethink its own iphone SDK release date. By the time it allegedly ships in February, Google will already have a pretty decent number of people developing programs to run on their platform. -
Sure Google is releasing an SDK, but they don't have a phone yet... so does Apple really have to worry?

SDK's can be run on emulators without the need of a physical phone. Games for the PS3 for example were actually developed on PC's long before the PS3 specs had been finalized.
Apple should be worried because they have been giving developers the cold shoulder since they announced the iphone. You could almost say they pulled a Sony with this device.
