Health care should not be totally free. Then people do not care about their health when they know that they get it free..
Health care at the primary level should be made cheaper but not free. Quality of care is important. Health care providers should be paid by the govt at that level,so that one need not have to depend on health insurance to provide for their job. Rather some percentage of income of the citizens should be deducted for national health care.
