I recall tobacco, and hard liquor ads were banned from TV commercials. in the late 70's
How and by whom it has been approved.

Here is my point. we do not pay attention to these changes. That effects so much what we stand for. I notice the first time there was TV ad on Ennessy-cognac , then tanqueray.
it was like 2 years ago. the first time I saw the ad I said hey that is hard liq, not wine and spirit.
from there on I notice more and more. last week I was watching a show in Spike. it was an action movie. I notice 80% of the ads were "HARD LIQUOR"

We all have seen theme at this point. the Capitan Morgan, "FUNNY" I can go on and on.

Here is my point again I have nothing against the Liquor Industry. " IT WAS BANNED FROM TV"

    I miss the Hamms Beer Bear. The programming provided by the beer and cigarette ads was better than what we have today. Now we have sex, violence, and Viagra. I'd rather be sold beer than told that an erection lasting more than four hours needs medical attention.

    Ron Paul, Doesn't believe in government. Haven't you had enough of someone that doesn't believe in government? I don't want lower taxes. I want to pay the bills the Idiot in Chief has run up. I don't go through life running up bills for my children and grandchildren to pay I don't think politicians should do that either. We ought to pay our fair share of taxes including the top 2% billionaires. Libertarians don't make true heroes.
