Thanksgiving came early last night at a soup kitchen in Las Vegas when Pamela Anderson stopped by to serve up a vegetarian feast. "The holiday season can be especially hard for those who find themselves homeless. And it's murder on turkeys," explained the actress, who is currently appearing in illusionist Han's Klok's Sin City show. "With so many healthy and delicious options nowadays, it's easy to have a holiday meal that gives even turkeys something to be thankful for."

Anderson dished out plate after plate of Gardein's Veggie Stuffed Turkey Roast With Wild Rice and Cranberries at the PETA organized dinner. The faux turkey was donated by manufacturers Garden Protein. Similar birds can be found at your local Whole Foods store.

Anderson, who has been a vegetarian since she was a teenager, has had a long association with PETA, campaigning against fur and chicken cruelty at KFC. "What KFC does to 750 million chickens each year is not civilized or acceptable," said the actress. "Every time we go by KFC, my kids ask me to honk and they yell 'Boo' out the window."
