Russia's Promoting its Image by showing the softer side of Stalin.
Russia Today, an international broadcaster out of Moscow, has been trying to promote its country's image abroad. In English language newspapers they've been showing the tender side of Joseph Stalin.
Sure he killed millions of people, but did you know that Stalin wrote romantic poetry?
