They were arrested once for this, then let go, and now were arrested again in suspicion of actually being involved in the death of American teen Natalie Holloway's death.

Apparently, the kid had a record of stalking high school girls on school trips. I guess aruba is a major drug smuggling point and the judges are all in on it. This guy and his dad seem like really bad dudes. I hope he gets busted.
