A few days ago, Joe Horn (note: not the American football player) called 911 and told the dispatcher he was in the process of watching two men break into his neighbour's house. Horn also tells the dispatcher that he is armed with a shotgun.
"(Expletive), they just stole something," said Horn to the dispatcher. "I'm sorry. I ain't gonna let them get away with this. They got a bag of something. I'm doing it.".

Joe Horn was doing his community a service. He should receive a reward, but in this day in age, with all our crazy azz laws that protect the criminals, they'll probably find a way to sue him or worst. God bless you Joe Horn and thank you for standing up to these f'ing thugs.
