Man dies four days after tasering.

Robert Knipstrom of British Columbia was tasered by Vancouver police for acting erratically inside of a store.

Officers used 'non-lethal' pepper spray, batons, and tasers on the man, who has died after four days in the hospital.

This is the third taser related death in recent weeks.

    • This man was killed by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), the same paramilitary police force that earlier Tasered a man to death at Vancouver International Airport.
      Vancouver (City) Police also carry Tasers but so far have yet to kill anyone with them - stay tuned...

    • There's some good debate in this thread about tasers and their use. Are they really torture? What's the alternative for law enforcement? Back to guns?

      All civilians should carry tasers, oh wait then the police would just start shooting everyone saying that they were gonna get tased...F.B.S.
