  • This presents the important messages of picking up after yourself and walking/riding a bike more. We all need to do little things like this and recycling more. I'm not sure I've always bought the whole "global warming hoopla", but it's a fun video nonetheless.

    This movie was a funny take on a not so funny problem. I feel after we were attacked on 9/11 we should have put our energy into finding ways to become energy independent instead of attacking a country that was not even involved in the attack and increasing the price of gasoline. Now we have upset the balance of power in the Middle East and this will spawn many more wars. We are borrowing the money from China to pay for this very bad investment when we could be investing in solar and wind technologies. We could also be investing in conservation and land use to help slow down climate change. Guys like Glen Beck complain about who will pay for this problem and I say we should pay for it since we pay for wars all the time and no one ever complains before a war on who is going to pay for it. At least investing in Global Warming will place our tax money back into our economy and not into a bottomless pit in the Middle East. If we can have full employment and pay for wars to kill people then letÂ’s create jobs and do our best to help solve climate change. If we go down fighting then we go down fighting but that is better than going down because we were to busy buying stuff we don't need. Capitalism is the perfect solution for giving the consumer what he needs but it is not perfect solution for protecting people. We need a government that is out to protect its people not invade countries and make these problems worse. We need a government that wants to protect us from climate change and provide health care for it's citizens not borrow billions from china to upset the balance of power in the middle east and create a total nightmare for all the people involved while so many Americans just go around driving Hummers, increasing demand for oil and upping the price of gasoline and then throwing their fast food garbage bags out on the road. This is my I have a dream speech and maybe one day I will live a country that makes the smart pragmatic choice and not a crazy lets go to war based on some crazy impulse choice.
