41 year old Michael Carney from Stockton in Teeside tried to convince a jury of his innocence by showing them pictures of his, er, tiny penis. The father of two appeared at the Teeside Crown Court on charges of exposing "himself to passers-by while standing naked in the front window of his home."
Carney told the court: My genitalia size has always been an embarrassment for me, it is so much smaller than normal."
All the good that did him. Carney "was convicted of seven counts of outraging public decency. "
Judge Brian Forster said, Carney who has 5 prior sex assault convictions will most likely face some jail time.

Ha! What kafka said. "I swear, I am not an exhibitionist. And... I took some photos this morning, so if you could just take a look at them..."
@mattbrawn: My mother NEVER told me that.

this is funny because the guy being tried for indecent exposure basically exposed himself to the entire jury. He may have lost but he still got his jollies, the bastard.

HAHAHHA. This like the one time where a guy is not shy that he has a small penis. AWESOME.
The size of the ship is not an excuse, it's how you use the ship. Flashing the ship to the public is never a good use.
