At least Maria Carolina's heart is in the right place.
Ms Carolina, a Chilean prostitute decided to auction off her, ahem, "services as part of a annual fund-raising campaign, the Chilean equivalent of Comic Relief."
"'There are people who are going to be donating money that's a lot more questionable than mine. The only thing I did was publicise it,' she said."
In exchange for $4,000 for the charity, Carolina will provide "27 hours of sex" for the lucky bidder.
No, I don't know whether the auction is open to other nationalities.
