Oil Spill Boat now getting a giant steel Band-Aid

That Big Ship that dumped 58,000 gallons of oil into the Bay (remember that) is now getting what is being called a giant steel Band-Aid. I'm surprised the thing is still sitting in the water, even if the hole is above the water line.
