Defying a threat of a presidential veto, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi intends to push ahead with a $21 billion tax package, including repeal of tax breaks for major oil companies, as part of an energy bill, aides to the speaker said Tuesday.

14.5 Billion dollars in Tax Breaks for Oil companies...and low class families are forced to pay the most they ever have for gas. Absurd!

Sounds like a brilliant idea, I hope it passes, but Bush will veto it for obvious reasons. Hopefully this will enforce the fact that the present administration is not interested in preserving our environment. They are only interested in selling their souls and ruining our planet for their own profit.
