111 shirtless men pull a prank at an Abercrombie & Fitch store.

Improv Everywhere is an ongoing, massively multilayer real life performance art project. Their assault on Best Buy is one of my favorites.

The guys at Improv Everywhere are pure genius! Here is another clip of some super brave people going onto the subway in NYC just like any other day just leaving one very important thing behind...well off...their PANTS!

awesome!

Wow...
They only let employees walk around half naked? -
The whole thing-as in all the videos- is brilliant. Just the joy and humour of changing things up-I grew up believing I was a nonconformist and this is a beautiful and fun way to be just that! Keep on rockin the norm!

Haha that was classic, definitely a very entertaining pod. Your shot selection and editing were key, they worked together to really establish the subject and move it along with a clear chronology. The sheer amount of footage was also impressive, as I'm sure it had to be captured very covertly.
My only concern, though, is that much more time was spent on the shirtlessness than on any of the creative forces behind it or the reactions to the event. The one testimonial at the end of the pod worked well, and it seems likely that you could have gathered interesting sound bytes from a variety of parties, including store employees, other spectators, participants, and even the geniuses behind the plan itself. Additionally, you might want to put in another title card which summarizes Improv Everywhere and gives more information on how it evolved and where it fits into the flashmob/practical prank scene. -
Very funny. Would have liked more reactions.

Interesting to watch as a woman because, for a wee moment, I really felt like there was a statement being made. The young male models were totally being objectified and then there is the whole issue of "beauty" and "youth" which is affecting men AND women.
It was great to see REAL men of all shapes and sizes strutting their stuff!-

Kinda funny, didn't really get the purpose. but hey =/

This was a really funny pod. Your intro and set-up at the beginning was great. The music was really good too. I definitely got A&F vibes from it. I would have loved to see more responses from spectators. It would have even been nice to have heard from one of the shirless men! The pod also did a good job building up suspense due to the fact that they didn't know if it was against policy to to shop w/o a shirt. Good job!

haha this is some pretty impressive thinking; I would never think to do that...although that's probably because I never shop at A&F. But if I had the chance, I would make the exception to go if I could take off my shirt

I think I saw this on 20/20. Regardless, this and other improv everywhere types of....spontaneity make me really happy- just in general- I love that this is happening. That people are getting together to just have fun, create a scene in a way but not in an obnoxious way at all.
I also like their Best Buy one. Or at least I think it was Improv Everywhere that did it.
Great stuff.-
