This guitar tunes itself and can have presets. Sorry about the ad in the video.

If you can't tune your own guitar, you shouldn't be playing. Sure I didn't know how to tune my own bass when I first started playing, but eventually the neck broke from being at the wrong tension. But anyhow, most of the folks who can afford this are tone deaf old farts, so I guess it might help them. Of course, it will just be kept in the case, then, won't it? I used to order from Gibson for replacement parts, and it was a bitch to get any, since they allocated all parts to new guitars instead of repair requests! What does it say about Gibson that they have to make a guitar that tunes itself?
Good luck fixing this thing when all the moving parts start to burn out! Maybe you should just get a guitar hero game with push buttons, all you lazy weekend warriors! (Don't get me wrong though, the right Gibson SG model merits me kicking my spouse out of bed for its company at least the first night of ownership! Ooooooo!).-
